We store a cookie - a small file on your computer - so we can tell who you are if you have logged in to our site and then show you the information relevant to you. We also store on your computer what search preferences you have selected to save you time having to put them in again.

Google analytics
When you visit our site we use a third-party service Google Analytics to collect standard logging information such as what pages are visited and in which order. We use this to analyse customer and visitor behaviour as a whole and we do not collect, or instruct Google to collect personal information that can identify you.

Registering with us and making a booking
When you register with us you become a customer, we store the information you supply such as your name, email address and telephone number. This information is stored in our private database which is hosted in a private network with no public access, using security and encryption technologies that are compliant with Payment Card Industry regulations.
When you make a booking with us we also collect information such as your address and any other information you may supply at the time. We share this information with our therapists so that they can perform the booking for you. We also store this information so we can show you a history of bookings you have made on our app and website.
We never share your personal information with any other company without your consent.
We collect your credit card information to take payment for your booking, but this is never stored on our systems, and instead is stored directly with our payment service provider, Monzo and paypal.

Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend or delete the information about you that we hold. To do this please email our support team at Info@stretchd.co.uk By law, we have to action this within one month of your request. If you wish to have your data deleted please contact us.

Accounts
In order to access some features of the website, you will have to create an account. You may never use another person’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Cancellations
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means you have 24 hours before your scheduled session to cancel and receive a full refund to you original payment method. If you are booking on the same day you have 15 minutes to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee. This also applies if you wish to reshedule your appointment to a later time or date.

Treatments
Before proceeding with any treatment, if you are unsure if Stretch Therapy is suitable confirm with other medical professionals.
This will be further discussed during the consultation at the start of your session, which is up to 10 minutes of the total treatment time. If you experience pain during your session, you agree to notify your practitioner immediately to make appropriate adjustments to your comfort level.

Due to the nature of some of the stretches we ask that you wear underwear to for the full duration of you appointment. Failure to comply will result in your session being terminated, and no refund will be issued.

If you are late for your appointment, it will be deducted from your total booking time.

Prohibited Behaviour
Engaging in inappropriate behaviour including but not limited too illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, drug use, excessive drinking and other problematic behaviours such as harassment, abuse and threats. If any of these behaviours occur we will terminate your session immediately, banned from future bookings and no refunds will be issued.​​

Your responsibilities
Provide complete and accurate information when booking or . If you don’t, it may result in rejection or cancellation of your booking, inability to provide the service, or issues with product delivery. In those cases, our cancellation and refund policy applies.
